We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of an important change to our services. Starting September 1, 2024, Buddi will transition to a paid subscription-based service. This decision was not made lightly and comes after careful consideration to ensure we continue providing high-quality, reliable, and innovative services to support your business.

Over the past several years while Buddi has been offered as a free service, the costs associated with maintaining our technical and support infrastructure and resources have increased considerably. To continue investing in Buddi and maintaining its industry-leading quality, we’ve decided to introduce a subscription fee. This change will enable us to enhance our platform continuously and provide personalized support.

Buddi E-Comm Subscription Fee

$79 per month, per store. Pre-pay for the year for a 10% discount, bringing the effective monthly price down to $71.10 per store / $853.20 for the year.

Additional Add-On Services:

Buddi In-Store Tablet/Kiosk: $39 per month, per store. Pre-pay for the year for a 10% discount, bringing the effective monthly price down to $35.10 per store.

LP Data Share Opt-Out: $100 per month, per store. Pre-pay for the year for a 10% discount, bringing the effective monthly price down to $90 per store.

SEO-enhanced Menus: $100 per month, per account (unlimited stores).

Your subscription includes full-time technical and account support at no additional costs.

Next Steps:

To ensure a smooth transition, you will be prompted to select your subscription options prior to September 1st within your account at app.buddi.io. There, you will be able to add your credit card information for recurring automated payments. Please note this is not yet available, but will become visible in late August 2024.

These changes will come into effect on September 1, 2024. You will be billed on a monthly or annual basis, based on your chosen subscription, to the email on file for the owner or manager of your store(s).
