What’s Happening:

Fraudulent messages claiming to be from Buddi have been reported. These messages may appear to:

• Request financial information specifically credit card details. (We will never ask for credit card details to be sent via email).
• Impersonate our team or services.

How to Stay Safe:

1. Verify the sender: Emails from us will always come from @buddi.io or @clearleaf.co.
2. Avoid clicking links: If you’re unsure about a message, do not click on links or download attachments.
3. Contact us directly: If you suspect a message is fraudulent, please forward it to support@buddi.io or call us at 604 426 0597.

We will never ask for your password, payment details, or sensitive personal information via email or text.
